- Utilize .NET design and development, SQL Server / Oracle database design and stored procedure programming, technical design concepts, including 3-tier MVC model architecture, web-based applications, Unix shell scripting and project deployment, HTML, Javascript, CSS, XML, XSL.

Job Description
The candidate will develop and support Financial Advisor facing Order Generation systems for the Wealth Management Business of Morgan Stanley.  The applications will generate orders for client accounts and route the orders directly to a trading desk for execution.
The candidate will participate in design and coding of a new strategic application, as well as supporting and enhancing the current existing applications.


Responsibilities:
-  Partner with the Advisory business unit to develop business requirements, future state platform direction and functional requirements for the FA facing order generation system.
- Act as the primary point of contact to the Advisory business on one or more Advisory applications
- Ongoing day to day activities involving troubleshooting issues and supporting existing applications
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with business and other technology teams
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

 Skills Required
 - 12 years’ experience in software web development
- Knowledge of finance domain. Strong Advisory Business Knowledge to support the complex applications
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft  development, .Net, ASP.NET, web development
- Should have knowledge of Javascript & Web services
- Database knowledge and development of stored procedures is required
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well with vendors and other internal system groups.
- Should have good leadership skills
- Ability to work with teams globally
