REQUIREMENT DETAILS

• Manager wants to see a strong BA coming out of banking industry
• Need assertive and confident personality so the group can represented well in meetings -will be working on a .NET application, so prior .NET exposure is highly preferable –
• We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who can contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy team, leading the ATC technology team to deliver on business agenda to expand/enhance the ATC application.
• You will be responsible to identify, assess, and document business requirements develop use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to IT team, and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews.
• Assist Quality Management team to ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans, and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed.
• Provide relevant test scenarios for the testing team.
• Work with test team to develop system integration test scripts and ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations.
• Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
• Strong documentation, presentation and communication skill
• Experience setting up test scenarios and performing hands-on testing and review of data, identifying defects and managing resolutions with the development teams.
• •Experience/understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis
• Able to work independently as well as with a team to meet target dates Strong client focus
• •Proficient with Microsoft products- Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Powerpoint
